Chief Financial Officer and Investor Mandy Fryer has over 13 years of experience valuing, financing and structuring power plant asset transactions with a focus on renewable energy assets. Mandy joined Equine Eco Green® after more than 9 years with NextEra Energy Resources LLC, the competitive energy subsidiary NextEra Energy Inc. (NYSE:NEE), one of the nation's largest power companies. During her tenure at NextEra, Mandy held various leadership roles within the asset valuation group, corperate development and distributed generation, most recently as Senior Director, Valuation- M&A. For the majority of her career at NextEra Mandy focused on acquisitions, divestitures and financial structuring of power assists, including wind, solar, hydro, natural gas and nuclear. Mandy has extensive knowledge of asset valuation, tax structuring, and asset based financing. Mandy began her career with Duff & Phelps LLC, the worlds largest independent valuation firm focused on power and industrial asset valuation and financing. Mandy received both her B.S. in finance and B.S. in accountancy from Villanova University, summa cum laude. Coupled with her corporate experience, Mandy is an accomplished equestrian which brings an excellent combination to EEG™.

Chief Strategic Officer Thomas Cusack is a serial entrepreneur who successfully developed and launched aerospace/defense contractor and biopharmaceutical firms. He has advised companies in publishing and clean technology fields. He lectures as a Masters degree professor at Parson’s New School in New York. Tom designed and implemented quality assurance plans, contract compliance guidelines and corrective action reports which were praised by United States Army, United States Marine Corps., United States Navy and Defense Contract Management Authority. The United States Army nominated this company for recognition as its premier small business supplier. Tom was part of the team that earned prestigious 2007 Small Business Administration Prime Contractor of the Year for Region II, grew annual revenues from $1,000,000 to over $36,000,000 in a span of 3 years, and won over $60,000,000 in competitively bid federal contracts. Tom also secured federal grants exceeding $240,000 for development of clinical trial protocols for a biopharmaceutical company focused on central nervous system diseases. He has experience in developing early stage companies and targeting their needs for advancement.

Senior Advisor and Investor Todd Minikus is a two time bronze medal winning U.S. Pan American Team rider. Todd continues to add to his decorated record of over 130 national and international Grand Prix wins. After turning professional in 1980, Todd immediately started to work on earning prestigious titles at competitions around the world. Todd has represented the United States on numerious Nations Cup teams, earned the title of Equestrian of the year in 2014, and has been a proud alternate for the Olympic Show Jumping Team. Recently Todd was named to the United States Equestrian Federation short list of athletes for the 2016 U.S. Olympic Show Jumping Team. Todd's knowledge of what elite equestrians want and need for the industry is immeasurable. Todd and Shelly had known each other for years from the horse show circuit, and when she called to ask him for assistance with EEG™, he was all in day one. Todd's knowledge of the growing needs and issues surrounding equine waste removal made for a great partnership. Todd is not only an advisor, he has also invested in EEG™. His knowledge, experience, and years at top level showjumping makes him an invaluable team member.

Senior Advisor Dale Romans is a top U.S. Thoroughbred Trainer with many majors wins. In 2005 Roses in May won the $6 million Dubai World Cup, Kitten's Joy won the 2004 Secretariat Stakes and the Joe Hirsch Turf Classic Invitational Handicap to capture the Eclipse Award for American Champion Male Turf Horse. In 2011 Shackleford won the Preakness Stakes. Breeders' Cup wins in 2009 with Tapitsfly in the Breeders' Cup Juvenile Fillies Turf, and in 2012 Little Mike won the Breeder's Cup Turf G1. Additionally in 2012 Romans trained Dullahan and Shackleford to multiple prestigious wins. In 2015 Keen Ice led Romans to the notable August 2015 upset and win over Triple Crown winner American Pharoah in the Travers Stakes. Dale oversees all aspects of his business, including the management of 100+ employees and the training of approximately 150 horses stabled in Kentucky, New York, Florida and Arkansas.

Advisor Bryan Fennell possesses over 30 years of P&L, strategic transaction and project development experience having held senior management roles in the renewable energy, utility and independent power industries. 2013 - present Managing Director, Marathon Capital, Bannockburn, IL responsible for origination and execution of renewable energy transactions in the U.S. and Latin America. Current assignments include advising on raising corporate and project capital for an entity with several wind projects in Mexico totaling approximately $2.5 billion, a capital raise for a Mexican distributed generation (“DG”) solar developer, sale of two 120 MW solar photo voltaic (“PV”) solar PV portfolios, and an acquisition and capital raise of a 170 MW wind project in Panama. Bryan brings years of experience and success to the company.

Advisor Tim McQuay was the first $2 Million Dollar rider in National Reining Horse Association history – and was the NRHA’s All Time Leading Money Earner for an incredible 11 years. Tim has been a trailblazer in the industry throughout his career. In the past 31 years, Tim has earned reining prize money on an astounding 229 different horses! In 2000, he was inducted into the NRHA Hall of Fame. In 2001 he was a member of the Gold Medal winning US Team. He won a Silver medal at the FEI Masters Reining in Italy in 2005. Tim is a five-time All American Quarter Horse Congress Futurity Champion and a four-time Southwest Reining Horse Association Futurity Champion. He is also a two-time AQHA World Champion and multiple National Reining Horse Association World and Reserve World Champion. In 2006 at the World Equestrian Games he earned Team Gold and Individual silver medals. 2010 brought international success to McQuay Stables once again, as Tim and Hollywoodstinseltown earned team Gold medals at the World Equestrian Games in Lexington, Kentucky. 2012 he positioned himself in the $3 Million Rider category. Tim and his wife Colleen have literally helped shape the performance horse environment. The great horses they have been involved with make a who’s who in the equine world.

Advisor Colleen McQuay earned numerous USEF championships in the hunter divisions while also competing at AQHA events. She is a six-time Congress champion, with numerous AQHA World Championships as well. Over the past 25 years, with the help of her husband and other mentors in the hunter business, she has trained both horses and riders to numerous wins and championships. In the Hunter Jumper world, Colleen served as a founding board member of the United States Hunter Jumper Association. In addition, Colleen is a founding member of the USHJA International Hunter Derby, serves as a member of the USHJA Hunter Working Group, and a founding member of the Super Series Group. Colleen was instrumental in the USHJA's launch of the national Pre-Green Incentive Program in 2013. She also serves as chair of the Hunter Development Task Force. Serving on the USEF High Performance Reining Committee, Colleen is also a founding member of USA Reining. As a founder and developer of the National Reining Breeders Classic and the Ariat Tulsa Reining Classic, Colleen has spent countless hours working to better the Reining industry. Through her administration and implementation skills, Colleen has become known as a driving force in the horse industry.

Advisor Jeff Petska is a top Reining Trainer and competitor from Texas. He served as Chef d’Equipe for the U.S. WEG Gold Medal Reining Team in 2010. From Whitesboro, Texas, he now lives in Collinsville on his farm with his wife and children. Jeff is a top judge, coach, trainer and rider. He owns Petska Performance Horses where he manages and trains at least 50 horses. Introduced to Shelly and EEG™ by Tim McQuay, his knowledge in the equestrian world brings added value to the team.
